Luke 23:32-43

QUESTIONS:

When have you recently had to rely upon the promises of another person or organization? Did the person or organization make good on the promise?

What Bible promise means the most to you, or has had the greatest impact on your life? Explain.

What do you think was meant when one of the criminals on the cross next to Jesus said, "Remember me."? What does this man's request reveal about his faith in Jesus' identity?

Understanding that Jesus' promise to the second criminal applies to all who trust Him, what does He promise that you will be with Him if you trust in Him mean to you?

How do you experience Jesus' promise of paradise in the her and now?

Express your gratitude for Jesus' promise of His presence and paradise, and for not having to wait to begin experiencing the fulfillment of those promises.
