At FBC Kids, we believe that children are precious and we should do everything we can to teach them to love God and love others.
We provide a safe, positive, and fun environment to learn about God's love and grow in a relationship with Him. Children's ministry is available during all weekend services and seasonally on Wednesday nights.

First Kids Club

First Kids Club is a fun, high energy ministry that encourages kids to know Jesus and grow in a relationship with Him. Kids will rotate to different classes of Bible Time, Music and Rec.

Exploring Salvation

If your child is beginning to ask questions about becoming a Christian or baptism, this is the class for you and your child! We will be going over the plan of salvation and explaining how to become a Christian in a kid-friendly way.
This class meets monthly, contact the Children’s Ministry Office for dates and times.

New Believers

This class is for all children who have ALREADY accepted Christ. This class will help them to understand more about what it means to be a Christian. They will learn about the Lord’s Supper, Baptism and what it means to “be the church". Parents, you do not have to attend the class with your child.

Pop In Playtime

For ages 6 weeks – K5
Join us at the church playground to enjoy the morning with friends. Children can play while adults enjoy time fellowshipping with each other.

Kids Bible Drills

Bible Drills is for 4th -6th graders and will meet on Wednesday evenings, September through April. 6th graders meet at 5:00-5:45pm and 4th -5th graders meet from 6:00-7:00pm. They will learn books of the bible, and memorize key passages and key bible verses. The knowledge children learn in Bible Drills will stay with them forever! Sign up below.

Kids D'Now

Calling all 3rd through 5th graders for Kids D'Now on January 16-17 at our Downtown Campus! D'Now is always a great time for kids to learn about God all while having a blast with their friends! The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, January 7. Please contact Christy McIlwain for any questions.

Student Life 4 Kids Camp

I know it seems crazy to be thinking about summer camp, but go ahead and put it on your calendar! A $125 deposit is due January 21st to reserve your child a spot at camp!

There will be an informational meeting for anyone who has questions or wants to know more about camp on Wednesday, January 14th from 7:00 - 7:30pm in room 110. This is a great meeting for 3rd grade parents or anyone who has not sent their child to camp before. No childcare provided for the meeting - kids are welcome to attend.
