Why get baptized?

Because you want to follow Christ's example (Mark 1:9), and Jesus told all believers to do it and set an example by being baptized (Matthew 28:19-20). Baptism is an opportunity to identify ourselves with the Savior and show the world that you are a follower of Christ!

Do you baptize children?

First Baptist Brandon does not baptize children until they are old enough to understand and believe. Baptism follows a personal decision to follow Christ and trust Jesus for their salvation.
